Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a prep cook for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Portage, MI. You will prepare foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions, ensuring consistent quality according to recipe cards and production/portion standards.

You will also clean and sanitize stations at the start and end of shift, follow sanitation policies to protect guests, and assist with light dishwashing. Other duties may be requested by management.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes station at beginning and end of shift which may include light dishwashing.
