Southern Rock Restaurants is hiring a prep cook for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location. You will prepare foods for cooking according to prep lists and manager directions.

You will maintain quality using recipe cards and production standards, clean and sanitize the station at shift start and end, and follow sanitation policies to protect guests and the establishment. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities
