Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years cooking or foodservice experience
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• ServSafe certification

Responsibilities

• Time food production so that all items are ready at service times
• Prepare hot and cold food items per recipes to preserve freshness and quality
• Use safe food handling, storage and service techniques at all times
• Engage with guests and provide positive, friendly service
• Maintain production records and logs (food usage, temps, counts)
• Keep a clean and sanitized work area
• Assist with stock removal and stocking as needed
• Other duties as assigned
