McAlister's Deli in West Lafayette is seeking a prep cook to support kitchen operations. You will follow prep lists and recipes to prepare food, maintain station sanitation, and assist management with duties as needed.

This position is at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location under Southern Rock Restaurants. The role requires adherence to food safety and quality standards and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

• Follow prep lists and recipe cards.
• Maintain station sanitation and safety.
• Assist management with duties as requested.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions.
• Prepares food of consistent quality with recipe cards and production and portion standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes station at beginning and end of shift including light dishwashing.
