Responsibilities include following HACCP procedures, obtaining and maintaining Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification, and working closely with the Kitchen Manager and teammates to ensure consistency and quality.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of age with reliable transportation
• Available to work flexible shifts to include mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
• Maintain professional appearance and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and correctly prepare recipes ensuring product quality and portions meet company standards
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain HACCP records including logs
• Collaborate with coworkers and Kitchen Manager to protect recipe integrity
• Alert Management of potentially harmful foods or quality issues
• Maintain good hygiene and regular hand washing for a safe environment
• Arrive on time in proper uniform and maintain a professional appearance
