Prep Cooks are responsible for cooking and preparing a variety of food items, including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other products, using various equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.

Requirements

• Possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or other food/alcohol certification as required by law
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
• Good hearing for safety and communication
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Reliable transportation
