Responsibilities

• Follow our food manual, recipes, and daily prep list to keep the kitchen on schedule.
• Prepare recipes accurately—measuring, cooking, and proper cooling methods.
• Follow date-labeling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Keep prep area clean, organized, and stocked to par levels.
• Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Place produce orders and help manage inventory.
• Support the team during peak hours—cooking, stocking, cleaning, or backing up the front line.
• Safely handle, use, and store cleaning and sanitation chemicals.
