You will follow our recipes and daily prep list to keep the kitchen on schedule, prepare ingredients, and ensure safety and sanitation throughout the prep process.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred.
• Solid knife skills required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow our food manual, recipes, and daily prep list to keep the kitchen running on schedule.
• Prepare recipes accurately—measuring, cooking, and proper cooling methods.
• Follow proper date-labeling, food storage, and safety/sanitation procedures.
• Keep prep area clean, organized, and stocked to par levels.
• Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Place produce orders and help manage kitchen inventory.
• Support the team during peak hours—cooking, stocking, cleaning, or backing up the front line.
• Safely handle, use, and store cleaning and sanitation chemicals.
