You will prepare hot and cold foods, follow prep sheets, and coordinate with chefs to ensure timely service. Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Possession of or ability to possess all state required work cards.
• Minimum of one (1) year related experience.
• Proper food storage knowledge.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Good guest relations and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all hot and cold restaurant foods.
• Prepare prep sheet including items to be prepared or ordered.
• Follow prep sheet and communicate with Chefs; ensure prep times are met.
• Wrap, label, date and store foods properly for freshness.
• Set up, operate and clean kitchen equipment; store correctly.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment maintenance and safe handling.
