Job summary

McAlister's Deli in Columbia, TN is seeking a Prep Cook to assist with food preparation, following recipe cards and portion standards. You will maintain a clean, organized station and participate in light dishwashing when needed.

You’ll join a team-focused environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth while upholding food safety and guest satisfaction at every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow production standards and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Prepares foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions.
• Prepares food of consistent quality using recipe cards and production and portion standards.
• Preps, cleans, and sanitizes your station at the beginning and end of each shift, which may include light dishwashing.
• Helps protect our guests and the restaurant by following sanitation and safety policies.
