Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to take written and verbal directions in English.
• Ability to operate POS software, dishwashers and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members; maintain professionalism.
• Ability to assist bartenders but not pour alcohol.
• Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas.
• Ability to move around bar and kitchen areas efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment per recipe cards.
• Maintain a clean, organized prep area and stock as needed.
• Deliver prepared food and assist guests with requests.
• Provide friendly, high-standard hospitality in line with Drury culture.
