Qualifications

• Provide great backyard hospitality for guests.
• Work in a fast and independent manner.
• Can cross-train and work multiple stations.
• Follow proper recipes and procedures to maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for each shift and punch in/out accurately.
• Complete hot food prep assignments per recipes and sanitation guidelines.
• Prepare takeout and catering orders in a timely fashion.
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently.
