Job summary

PINCHO is hiring Prep Cooks in Miami, FL, immediately for full-time roles. You will be trained to prepare top-quality food in open kitchens, follow recipes, and ensure high standards across locations.

The position starts at $13 per hour and includes on-the-job training, with opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include maintaining food quality, checking products, following safety and sanitation rules, restocking stations, and staying active throughout the shift to serve guests

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about the menu and varying products carried.
• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency across restaurants.
• Regular checks to assure product quality.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and PINCHO standards.
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized for team members.
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift as the role stays in motion to deliver meals.
