Canonita Lake Nona West, part of Tavistock Restaurant Collection, is seeking a Prep Cook to deliver and prepare menu items in a timely manner, ensuring great guest satisfaction.

You will follow recipes, maintain a clean work area, and coordinate with the Executive and Sous Chefs to support high-volume service in a fast-paced restaurant.

This role offers the opportunity to join an established restaurant group and contribute to Canonita's full-service dining experience.

Qualifications

• High School education; able to communicate in English.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations with the correct food products and utensils.
• Maintain sanitation and clean work area.
• Prepare items according to recipes and standards to fulfill guest orders.
• Assist with daily line checks and temperature control to ensure quality.
