Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow prep lists and recipes.
• Basic English knowledge and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow the prep list prepared by chefs to plan duties.
• Label and stock ingredients so they are organized.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping vegetables and meat.
• Reduce sauces and perform basic cooking duties.
• Prepare simple dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of items.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
• Work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
