Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Prep Cook to support high-volume kitchen operations and deliver quality ingredients for menu items. You will set up the prep station, stock inventory, and maintain sanitation to meet the Executive Chef's standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused venue.

Our venues operate 7 days a week with schedules ranging between 15 and 30 hours weekly, providing flexible options. Eligible full-time associates receive competitive pay, health coverage, 401(k) matching, life insurance,

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating kitchen tools and appliances such as knives, grills, etc.
• Ability to communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements safely and effectively.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests needs.
• Follow all prescribed portioning controls and par levels.
• Prepare all ingredients according to portions and recipes.
• Communicate inventory or quality issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Read a thermometer and food tickets correctly and efficiently.
• Accurately account for all items coming out of a station.
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines and MSDS.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow employment policies and handbook rules.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
