Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Prep Cook to maintain food safety and proper handling of products for daily pizza prep. You will ensure ingredients are ready, dated, rotated, and available for line cooks in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates are team players with good time management, able to prioritize tasks, and comply with all food safety procedures. Experience is a plus; on-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum work experience; 1 year in a restaurant is a plus.
• TX Food Handlers certification required.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety guidelines.
• Receive truck deliveries and inspect products.
• Date, rotate, and store products on delivery day.
• Prepare items per Domino's standards.
• Proof dough for 24 hours, date, and re-cool.
• Maintain proper temperatures during prep.
• Check temperatures of refrigeration units.
• Restock dipping cups and soda machines.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of prep area.
