Qualifications

• At least 1 year prep experience in a high-volume institutional or catering kitchen.
• Culinary training or cooking certification preferred.
• Solid kitchen basics and knife skills.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients and assist in cooking to exact recipes and specs.
• Follow directions from First Cooks, Chefs, and senior staff.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance.
• Adjust quickly when production priorities change.
• Wear PPE and follow all workplace rules.
