True Food Kitchen in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a motivated Prep Cook to bring our menu to life by preparing fresh ingredients, stocking stations, and supporting smooth line execution.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, values organization and consistency, takes pride in great food, and is eager to grow with a passionate team. AM/PM shifts available; part time to 40 hours per person.

Qualifications

• 6+ months kitchen/prep experience (high-volume a plus)
• Strong knife skills and recipe execution
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
