True Food Kitchen in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a Prep Cook to bring our menu to life. You will chop, prep, and portion fresh ingredients, support line cooks, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in a fast-paced kitchen.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of prep/kitchen experience, strong knife skills, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a part-time role with opportunities to work up to 40 hours per week.
