Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6+ months of back-of-house experience preferred.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of food safety practices.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to follow uniform and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow the daily prep list and complete tasks with consistency and speed.
• Properly prep, portion, label, and store food items according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Safely handle, clean, and operate prep equipment such as slicers and mixers.
• Follow all food safety, rotation, and storage procedures.
• Assist with dish and cleaning duties during slower periods.
• Support other kitchen team members to maintain efficient shift flow.
• Take ownership of prep quality and readiness for service.
