Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knife skills and understanding of safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes, including chopping, slicing, measuring and portioning.
• Assist in menu item preparation and daily specials under Chef/Lead Cook.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines for consistency.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to kitchen leadership.
• Support kitchen staff during service by replenishing stations and organizing supplies.
