Qualifications

• At least 3 years of prior experience in a high-volume scratch kitchen.
• Strong knife skills.
• Ability to self-manage.
• Knowledge of proper HACCP and food safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working on a team in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep fresh ingredients, sauces, and recipes daily.
• Chop vegetables, portion proteins, and organize kitchen stations.
• Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support the line during busy service periods.
• Help receive and organize deliveries.
