Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods following recipes and product directions, cooking, seasoning, and portioning.
• Maintain 100% recipe adherence and sanitary food prep practices.
• Follow production prep list, keep records, and requisition supplies as needed.
• Operate knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and comply with brand standards and safety regulations.
• Assist with ordering and planning food supplies under supervision.
