McAlister’s Deli is seeking a prep cook to support daily kitchen operations in a franchised Des Peres location. You will prepare foods according to prep lists and manager directions, ensuring consistent quality.

You will maintain a clean, sanitized station at shift start and end, follow recipe cards and production standards, and adhere to sanitation and safety policies to protect guests.

Other duties may be assigned by management as needed.

• Prepares foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions.

• Cleans and sanitizes station at start and end of shift, including light dishwashing.
• Follows sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and establishment.
