Luckey's BBQ Place in Marietta, GA is seeking a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. You will follow recipes, prep ingredients, and help maintain a clean, organized station at 2365 Powder Spring Road.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, reliable, and ready to work as part of a busy line. Experience as a prep cook is a plus, and a strong emphasis on food safety and teamwork will help you shine in this role.

Qualifications

• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and prepare simple dishes.
• Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking.
• Weigh and measure ingredients.
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables.
• Basic cooking functions such as kneading dough, and preparing sauces.
• Completing all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the Head Chef or other kitchen manager.
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Ensuring that the Kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet Food Safety Standard and Regulations.
