Morrison Healthcare in Montgomery, AL is seeking a full-time Prep Cook to support deli and production tasks. Schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with a pay range of $15.40–$16.10 per hour.

Prior deli/production experience is preferred and training is available. The role involves following production schedules, preparing items per recipes, maintaining HACCP standards, and delivering friendly, efficient service to customers at multiple stations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of deli and food production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Completes orders from steam tables and grills and maintains proper portion control.
