Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is hiring a full-time PREP COOK in Montgomery, AL at Baptist Health South. Schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Pay ranges from $15.40 to $16.10 per hour, with 3 years deli/food production experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of previous deli and food production experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
