Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking a Prep Cook to join the Sullivan's Steakhouse Division. The role emphasizes assisting Line Cooks and Pantry with food preparation and maintaining a clean prep area, walk-in cooler, and freezer.

This is a non-exempt/full-time kitchen position onsite. We value an upbeat, positive attitude and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment while handling knives and kitchen equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist Line Cooks and Pantry when necessary with food preparation.
• Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler and Freezer.
• Position Prep Cook - SSH and contribute to overall kitchen operations.
