• Maintain sanitation and proper handling of cutting boards, knives, and equipment.
• Assist in receiving goods and daily inventory, and ensure proper storage and rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, procedures, specs, and techniques to prepare food.
• Assist in receiving goods and daily inventory of prepared foods.
• Maintain proper storage and rotation of products and proper temperature of equipment.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops and utensils.
