You will help with receiving goods, inventory, and proper storage, while practicing safe handling and maintaining sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Entry level position. Follow recipes, procedures, specs and techniques.
• Assist in receiving goods and daily inventory of prepared foods.
• Maintain proper storage, rotation and sanitation of products.
• Practice safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives and equipment.
• Open/close station and perform side work duties each shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Follow recipes and procedures to prepare menu items.
• Assist in receiving, inventory and rotation of ingredients.
• Ensure proper storage, temperature control and cleanliness of work areas.
