APEX Restaurant and Market Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Prep Cook to join our corporate dining team in Valley Park, MO. This hands-on role supports the culinary staff by preparing ingredients, following prep lists, and keeping the kitchen organized for smooth service.

We value teamwork and detail, with opportunities to learn new techniques and cross-train within the kitchen. This position offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.

Competenze

• Positive, dependable, and hardworking.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to follow recipes, prep lists, and detailed instructions.
• Willing to cross-train at additional stations.
• Bilingual is a plus (if applicable).
• Culinary training or education is a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare ingredients and recipes according to the direction of the Executive Chef or Chef Manager.
• Follow daily prep lists and production schedules.
• Maintain an organized workstation and kitchen cleanliness.
• Keep kitchen safe by following food safety procedures and equipment handling.
• Cross-train on other stations as skill grows.
