Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Delight our guests by preparing guest orders efficiently and delivering a positive dining experience.
• Execute basic food prep and assist higher-ranked cooks with salads, sides, and basic breakfast tasks.
• Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping stations stocked and sanitary per safety protocols.
• Master kitchen equipment and recipes to support smooth operations.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
