Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations. Essential duties include:

1. Obtaining daily production schedules from the Chef.
2. Preparing items on production sheets following recipes and quantities.
3. Completing and following daily worksheets and waste logs; tasting meals for quality.
4. Operating and cleaning equipment after use.
5. Storing, labeling, and dating food items according to policy, following HACCP guidelines.
6. Completing documentation, reports, and logs as required.
7. Following health and sanitation regulations.
8. Taking customer orders and preparing items requiring short prep times.
9. Serving customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Completing orders from steam tables and grills at multiple stations.
11. Using approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and safety.
12. Resolving customer concerns.
13. Performing other duties as assigned.
