Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers following federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedules and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow daily worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Store, label, and date food items per policy; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Complete documentation, reports, and logs as required.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Take customer orders and prepare quick-to-make items.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Prepare and serve items from steam tables and grills at multiple stations.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and safety.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
