Over Easy in Tempe is hiring a Prep Cook to help us deliver bright, energizing and real breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes. You will prepare fresh ingredients, keep a clean, organized kitchen, and ensure timely service during shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation or restaurant environment preferred.
• Must maintain a valid Food Handlers’ certification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain an organized, sanitary workspace.
• Ensure quality, food safety, and timely dish preparation.
• Know all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety information.
• Prepare and stock line station items to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work stations and equipment.
• Properly store and rotate all products per health standards.
• Close kitchen using opening/closing checklists and deep clean as needed.
