Job description

We are hiring a Prep Cook!

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare food following recipes.
2. Assist in organizing and rotating stock using FIFO, and keep the walk-in clean and organized.
3. Prepare employee cafeteria meals for our staff.
4. Ensure proper documentation on all food containers, adhering to rotation SOPs.
5. Practice safety standards at all times.
6. Be proactive with ordering, managing pars, food preparations, and equipment maintenance to prevent service disruptions.
