Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is hiring a Prep Cook to craft made-from-scratch dishes to our legendary standards. You will read prep sheets, follow legendary recipes, keep the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized, and maintain equipment safely.

Emphasis on teamwork and sanitary procedures throughout daily prep and line work. We offer weekly pay and a robust total rewards package after meeting eligibility, including medical, dental, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, disability and life insurance,

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret prep sheets and follow recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Read a prep sheet and follow Texas Roadhouse recipes.
• Maintain walk-in refrigerator cleanliness and organization.
• Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
• Follow storage and rotation procedures and uphold safety standards.
• Exhibit teamwork and support restaurant operations.
