Our prep cooks are essential in consistently and efficiently preparing and portioning food, beautifully plating and garnishing dishes, and ensuring food readiness for our guests. Responsibilities include accurately preparing and portioning food, plating, garnishing, and rotating seasonal recipes throughout the year.

What you will be doing:

• Preparing ingredients following recipes for consistent results.
• Completing prep lists, maintaining stations, and stocking as needed.
• Rinsing and cutting raw food products.
• Portioning and plating food to ensure presentation standards.
• Stocking and maintaining sufficient food levels for smooth service.
• Preparing items using various cooking methods as per recipes.
• Following proper plate presentation and garnish setup.
• Handling, storing, and rotating products properly.
• Maintaining cleanliness and following food handling standards.
