Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Seabrook Village in Seabrook, NJ is hiring a Prep Cook. You’ll contribute to Signature Dining Programs, perform à la minute cooking, and create chef-inspired dishes in state-of-the-art kitchens with top equipment.

We offer quality of life shifts, PTO/benefits, a 30% on-site dining discount, and a 401(k) with 3% match. Compensation ranges from $18–$19 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary experience required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold kitchen environments.

Location: Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Prep Cook if you’re passionate about food and teamwork, with culinary experience. You will contribute to our Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and creating chef-inspired dishes, while working with a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens and using top-notch equipment.

What You Will Need

• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers
