Our cooks are responsible for following recipes when preparing food and adhering to plate presentation and cooking standards. Our Prep Cooks have opportunities for duties including Line Cook cross-training. Our restaurants feature real smokers, offering the chance to learn the art of barbeque. Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
