Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is hiring a Prep Cook in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This entry-level position focuses on following recipes and procedures to deliver high-quality dishes while maintaining safety standards. You’ll assist with receiving goods, daily inventory, and proper storage, while training on equipment and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Entry level position.
• Following recipes, procedures, specs, and techniques.
• Practicing safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Maintaining proper temperature of equipment and performing station opening/closing and side work.

• Assist in receiving of goods and daily inventory of prepared foods.
• Rotate and store products properly.
