Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a kitchen team member at The Dominion Country Club in San Antonio, TX to assist with food prep and production across all food and beverage areas. You will help set up, maintain, and present items with care, while collaborating with the F&B staff to meet guest requests.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of cooking experience, strong communication and attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas.
• Responsible for set up, clean up, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies products and equipment.
• Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff.
• Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items.
• Accommodate customer requests in a timely manner.
