Job summary

Arcis Golf at The Dominion Country Club in San Antonio, TX is seeking a motivated team member to assist with food preparation and daily kitchen operations.

You will work with the food and beverage staff to prepare menu items, set up and clean cooking stations, present dishes attractively, and accommodate guest requests.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cooking experience preferred.
• Experience in food prep and production.
• Ability to support menu item preparation with F&B staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas.
• Responsible for set up, clean up, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies, products and equipment.
• Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff.
• Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items.
• Accommodate customer requests in a timely manner.
