about the position …The #PDIFamily is looking for an experienced prep cook to join our team in the new Surge Café! Located at PDI’s beautiful headquarters in St. Petersburg, the café will feature a full-time executive chef, a fresh menu, and indoor/outdoor seating where an experienced personality will prepare high-quality and delicious food. Are you a pro at maintaining proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards while preparing food items? We are looking for someone like you who has an extensive understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Position Details/Responsibilities

1. Must be fully capable of following the opening and closing procedures of the daily café operation.
2. Receiving, handling, storing and rotating of all food products
3. Complete daily prep list accurately, efficiently and consistently.
4. Follow recipes accurately while maintaining high level food preparation standards.
5. Ensure the proper sanitation, organization, and efficiency of all back of house areas.
