Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the restaurant celebrates the freshest locally sourced seafood and seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully crafted into dishes that highlight the flavors of the coast.

What will you be doing?

Prep Cooks are responsible for preparing ingredients, setting up workstations, properly storing and maintaining kitchen supplies and inventory, and performing other related duties to support food and beverage operations.

Prep Cook responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
  • Follow recipes to prepare food using various utensils and methods
  • Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
  • Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
  • Check quality of ingredients
  • Monitor stock and stock product when there are shortages
  • Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant’s spaces, including kitchen, prep areas, dining areas, and restrooms as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
