Major Responsibilities Include:
  1. Prepare recipes and batch items according to Harry's standards.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized work area/station.
  3. Follow all safety and sanitation practices.
  4. Complete other duties as assigned by the manager on duty.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
  • Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
  • General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights, and measurements.
  • Ability to follow established menus and recipes, demonstrating cooking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to all company standards.
  • High level of organization, cleanliness, and sense of urgency.
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Stable work history.
