Job summary

North Italia in Nashville is seeking Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team. Enjoy solid pay and room to grow, with hourly wages from $17.00 to $21.00, flexible scheduling, and benefits after 25 hours/week average.

Prepare Italian dishes from scratch, stock your station, and keep a clean, organized workspace. No prior experience required, but you should communicate in English, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Free shift meals and generous discounts await.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare our Italian dishes from scratch following the recipe for consistent results.
• Complete your prep list, run your station during the shift, follow specs, and stock food as needed.
• Rinse and cut raw food products.
• Portion all products, follow recipes, and ensure attractive plate presentation.
• Keep work area clean; follow sanitation standards and food handling rules.
