Job summary

Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Prep Cook to contribute toSignature Dining Programs and chef-inspired dishes in a state-of-the-art kitchen. You’ll work with a dedicated team in a resident-focused environment and support à la minute cooking while upholding safety and quality standards.

Shifts run from 12:00pm to 8:00pm with compensation commensurate with experience up to $19 per hour. The role includes PTO, health benefits, a 401(k) plan with match, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Proven culinary experience in preparing and presenting dishes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with a team.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.

Location: Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Prep Cook if you’re passionate about food and teamwork, with culinary experience. You will contribute to our Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and creating chef-inspired dishes, while working with a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens and using top-notch equipment.

Available shifts: 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Compensation: Commensurate with experience up to $19/ hour

What you will need

• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers
