Job summary

Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in North Naples, FL is seeking a Line Cook who helps create a dining experience our residents look forward to every day. You’ll prepare and cook menu items using proper techniques, recipes and food safety standards, and you’ll work side-by-side with a collaborative culinary team during service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cook-to-order experience.
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items using proper techniques, recipes, and food safety standards.
• Execute cook-to-order meals with consistent quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Work side-by-side with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and culinary leadership during service.
• Contribute to a dining experience that keeps residents coming back.
